Program Description:

When you meet with your clients and prospective clients, how engaged are they in what you are trying to convey?  What is the energy in the room like?  How much do they recall from your meeting 3 days later?

Would you like to find new ideas and better ways to have fun, interactive, and impactful conversations and presentations with your colleagues, clients and prospects?

We learned about Kahoot! from prior workshops with our chapter MOU partner Elena Zee and the Arizona Council on Economic Education.   That tool has changed how Ethics is delivered in Arizona in a magnificent way...

We can't wait to see more tricks and tools they have put to use in their classroom that you might be able to put to work in your office!

Join Educator Extraordinaire  Megan Bird - 2017  Economic Education Teacher of the year -  and learn about new ideas and technology tools.   Enhance your ability to communicate with your clients about economic and investment principles, strategic concepts, and the financial options and plans that you develop together.
Learning Objectives and Takeaways
  • Exposure to Educational theory about how people absorb information differently
  • Discover new technology tools that add experiential learning to your conference room
  • Identify where and how to optimally insert technology into your meetings
  • Practice using some selected new tools
  • Leave with a list of new tools and ideas ready to start using with your teams the next day.
2 hours of CFP(R) CE Credit will be requested under Principal Knowledge Topics of client and planner attitudes, values, biases and behavioral finance and Principles of communication and counseling.  We do not know if credit will be granted - this is a very different type of program.

Note:  Workshop events provide opportunities for our planners to interact with experiential learning experts.  The topics are chosen because they can help us solve problems, improve productivity or profitability, reduce risk, ease compliance, or in some way help you work less, earn more, and produce better results for your clients.  Workshops are intended to provide you with immediate takeaways and new resources.  The may on occasion, but are not expected to, provide professional CE credits.
