Course Pricing and Fees

1 - **Administrative Fee, payable to FPA of Greater Phoenix, is for their role in assisting the requesting organization in the local state approval process.  There will be an additional $50.00 per hour fee charged if the admin time for event logistics, support, tracking registrations, CE Filings, approval process is greater than 10 hours.

2 - Melissa's team will research the most cost effective, direct route for travel, with a strong preference for Southwest Airlines. She does book the early bird check in option to ensure that her carry-on items stay safe at her side - this includes the laptop and presentation equipment used to professionally deliver your program. If multiple organizations in a relatively close geographic region book a series of Ethics courses in close succession, they may opt into voluntary agreements for allocating travel costs. For locations outside the Mountain Standard Time Zone (where Melissa is based) a Travel Time Offset fee will be assessed in the amount of $150 for each time zone crossed.
