    Job Summary

    The Senior Support Advisor is an experienced Support Advisor position for someone with an in-depth knowledge of financial planning techniques who will provide technical support for the Principal of the firm. Responsibilities include data gathering, research, plan development, presentation development, attending client meetings, and implementing client strategies. The Senior Support Advisor will participate in client meetings and communicate directly with clients but not as the primary contact or lead advisor.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    The Senior Support Advisor can expect to focus in the following areas:

    ·   Gather, organize and synthesize client data within a financial planning context

    ·   Prepare client financial plans and presentations for review by Lead Advisor

    ·   Attend client meetings in a technical, supporting and learning role

    ·   Do follow up work from client meetings and conference calls

    Qualifications

    The Senior Support Advisor position requires the following qualifications:

    ·   Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

    ·   CFP® and/or other industry designations or advanced degrees

    ·   Strong knowledge and ability to prepare client schedules in the areas of: Investments, Tax Projections, Estate Planning, Cash Flow, and other planning strategies

    ·   Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

    ·   Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to manage numerous tasks, set priorities

    ·   Strong written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate with clients clearly, concisely and confidently

    YOUR ROLE:

    • Acts as the first point of contact on client communications; strategizes with Lead Advisor to ensure responses are timely and thorough

    Build and manage investment strategies.

    Continually prospect for new clients while maintaining strong relationships with our current investors. Develop and implement investment strategies for our clients with focus on the analytical side of investing to support our sales objectives.

    Qualifications:

    Undergraduate degree in finance preferred, or business or economics.

    The Client Service Associate (CSA) role is a support position providing dedicated operational support to multiple Financial Advisors (FAs) across multiple states. This includes involvement in day-to-day office initiatives in addition to the businesses of the particular FAs.     This position will combine associate advisor and paraplanner responsibilities with a career path of an advisor. This position will support the firm’s lead advisors in serving current client needs on a day-to-day basis.
